Nader El-Ramly founded North Elevate Consulting Inc. following more than three decades of experience helping build and grow a family-owned software business into a global enterprise.
His career developed alongside the business. Through managerial, executive, and board roles, he gained a connected understanding of how decisions affect customers, employees, owners, and the organization’s future. That experience includes international expansion, organizational growth, and a private equity investment at a nine-figure enterprise valuation.
Following the investment, Nader continued contributing to the company’s evolution as a private equity-backed business, including the acquisition and integration of two technology businesses that more than doubled revenue.
This journey shapes North Elevate’s advisory work. The firm brings practical perspective to strategy, financial and operating performance, ownership transitions, acquisitions, and enterprise risk.
